Get your costumes and treat bags ready, because Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is making its grand return to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom in 2025 for a season filled with thrills and entertainment for the whole family. This special event, requiring a separate ticket, transforms the park into a haunted autumnal paradise with spooky decorations, exclusive character encounters, enchanting shows, an iconic parade, spectacular fireworks, and of course, tons of treats.
Event Dates and Hours
In 2025, the party will take place on select nights from August 15 through October 31. The confirmed dates for the season are as follows:
- August: 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26, 29
- September: 2, 5, 7, 9, 12, 14, 16, 19, 21, 23, 25, 26, 28, 30
- October: 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 23, 24, 26, 28, 30, 31
While the party officially runs from 7:00 PM to midnight, event ticket holders can enter Magic Kingdom park as early as 4:00 PM on these nights. This provides guests with valuable extra time to enjoy attractions before the special Halloween festivities begin.
Ticket Prices and Sales
Ticket prices for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party vary depending on the date of the visit. Evenings closer to Halloween and weekends are generally more expensive. For 2025, ticket prices range from $119 to $229 per person, plus tax.
Ticket sales will begin in several phases. Starting May 15, 2025, guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, as well as the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels and Shades of Green, will have the opportunity to purchase their tickets in advance. Sales to the general public will begin on May 22, 2025. It is strongly recommended to purchase tickets as soon as possible, as many dates, particularly those in October and Halloween night itself, sell out quickly.

- Mickey's Boo-to-You Halloween Parade: One of the evening's main highlights is this fan-favorite parade. It features Mickey Mouse and friends in their most festive Halloween costumes, along with themed floats, dancers, and rare characters like the spectral Hitchhiking Ghosts and some Disney villains. The Headless Horseman typically rides ahead, setting a spooky yet fun tone. The parade is scheduled for 8:15 PM.
- Hocus Pocus Villains Spelltacular: On the Cinderella Castle stage, the wickedly entertaining Sanderson Sisters from the classic film Hocus Pocus return to cast a Halloween spell, aided by other Disney villains. This music and magic-filled show is a crowd favorite.
- Disney's Not-So-Spooky Fireworks Spectacular: This impressive fireworks show, visible from most areas of the park, is hosted by Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas. It includes projections onto Cinderella Castle that transform the park icon into a haunted house, synchronized with a spooky soundtrack and spectacular pyrotechnic bursts.
- Exclusive Character Meet-and-Greets: The party is the ideal opportunity to meet Disney characters you don't often see, as well as your favorites dressed up for the occasion. Expect to see Jack Skellington and Sally together. Mickey and Minnie will greet you in their Halloween costumes at the Town Square Theater. New Disney villains and rare characters might also make appearances throughout the night.
