Thrill-seekers and explorers, get ready! This summer, Vulcania Park, nestled in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes, is reopening the doors of its iconic attraction, "Earth in Anger," completely reinvented by BoldMove Nation and Amak Productions.

Following the success of the transformation of the "Nautibus Expedition" at the Saint-Malo Aquarium, BoldMove Nation, founded by dark ride creator Benoit Cornet, has once again demonstrated its expertise in immersive and family-friendly experiences. "Earth in Anger," initially developed by Benoit Cornet himself, returns to its roots with a modernized approach, combining respect for the original spirit with the integration of cutting-edge technologies.

At the heart of natural forces and climate challenges

The new version of "Earth in Anger" plunges you closer than ever to natural phenomena. Almost every element has been redesigned to offer a more dynamic and interactive experience. The attraction now provides an original and immersive perspective on current climate challenges, with enhanced scenography and updated content illustrating the impact of climate change.

Welcome to Matt the Explorer's: a reinvented queue

The adventure begins right in the queue, completely rethought by BoldMove. You will be welcomed into the warm and cluttered universe of Matt the Explorer, one of Vulcania's mascot characters. No more barriers! Visitors wander freely through rooms filled with sets, puzzles, and scientific clues, making the wait an integral part of the experience.

Ten minutes of original media, including news bulletins and voice messages recorded by French influencers and podcasters, enrich the immersion. Careful sets, fictional press clippings, and credible scientific notes complete the ambiance, while also offering small hidden winks, such as the game "Where's Matt?".

Choose your disaster: an interactive preshow

Before entering the main simulator, a colorful and interactive preshow awaits you. Visitors can vote for six spectacular natural phenomena – tornadoes, earthquakes, rogue waves, and other forces of nature – and the three most popular disasters will then be projected in the simulator.

Once inside, breathtaking special effects (hot/cold air, water, dynamic lights) will allow you to fully experience the chosen rages of the Earth. The motion simulator, combined with a cinematic scenario developed by Amak Productions, guarantees an experience that is both sensational and meaningful, as highlighted by Sophie Rognon, Director of Vulcania, who was impressed by the transformation and the attraction's new energy.

Don't miss discovering this renewed flagship attraction during your next visit to Vulcania for an unforgettable adventure at the heart of our planet!
