Fan Fest Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood: A celebration of fandoms

Fan Fest Nights are a new nighttime event at Universal Studios Hollywood celebrating sci-fi, fantasy, video game, and anime fandoms. This special event, which ran from April 25 to May 18, 2025, brought fans together to explore their favorite universes!

Fan Fest Nights offer a unique opportunity for fans to immerse themselves in their favorite fandoms. The event features immersive experiences set in the universes of franchises such as Star Trek, Back to the Future, DUNGEONS & DRAGONS, ONE PIECE, Jujutsu Kaisen, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™, and SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™.

Featured Fandoms

• Star Trek: Fans could experience an immersive encounter aboard the Enterprise with the Star Trek Red Alert experience. They could also enjoy Star Trek-themed food and drinks at Quarks Cafe and purchase Star Trek merchandise.
• Back to the Future: A recreation of Hill Valley allowed fans to walk through the film's iconic setting, complete with characters and sets from the movie. Fans could relive key moments from the film, such as George McFly's encounter with Lorraine and Marty's discovery of Doc Brown. They also attended the "Enchantment Under the Sea" dance and Marty's return to the future.
• DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: Attendees experienced a walking experience themed to Dungeons and Dragons, featuring special effects and interactive actors.
