Energylandia is a fairly recent amusement park, having opened in 2014, and yet it has already become the amusement park with the most roller coasters in Europe. It is located in the southern part of Poland, about 50 kilometers from Krakow.
During its first year, the park had 3 roller coasters, then 3 new ones arrived in 2015, and then 3 new ones in 2017. Finally, you understand, practically every year, the park completes its offer with new machines. It alternates between different models, sometimes for the family and sometimes for record-breaking thrills.
In 2021, the park opened an area called Aqualantis with 2 roller coasters, Abyssus and a family boomerang.
In 2022, the park is opening a brand new area themed around giant candies. This new area will include 10 attractions, including 2 new family roller coasters.
In 2021, the park rose to first place among European parks with the most coasters, thanks to its 18 roller coasters, placing it ahead of Wonderland Eurasia, Wiener Prater, or even Europa Park. And in 2022, the park will further widen the gap and compete with Six Flags Magic Mountain, which offers 20.
