After our Halloween live, we headed to Phantasialand to spend 2 days there and test the new experience at the Charles Lindbergh hotel. This is a package including one night in a capsule hotel in the heart of the new Rookburgh district with its Steampunk accents, home to the excellent F.L.Y. roller coaster.
Charles Lindbergh Package Content
When you book for the Charles Lindbergh hotel at Phantasialand, you're not just booking for one night, but an immersive experience within the new Rookburgh district. The package includes 2 days of park admission, 2 accesses with a dedicated queue for the FLY roller coaster, dinner, and breakfast.
Depending on your arrival day, the price varies and starts at €399 for a package for 2 people.
A small subtlety (but one that should change), you can only pay for your stay by bank transfer. As it's in Germany, remember to plan ahead as you'll need an international transfer option with your bank.
Your stay begins even before your arrival, as you start the immersion upon receiving a letter, by email, inviting you to join the Explorers Society and explaining how your stay will unfold.

Arrival at the Charles Lindbergh Hotel
Upon your arrival at the park, you can park for free at the Berlin car park. This is the car park located immediately to the right upon arrival. It's the car park providing access to the park's main entrance.
With a 2-day park package, you collect your admission tickets at the hotel. So, head to the hotel check-in with a health pass verification and a "superb" control wristband. Very few people at check-in, phew, we'll be able to enjoy the park quickly. The procedure is smooth, and you're given a superb booklet containing everything you need for your stay.
A dedicated room is provided for storing your luggage while your room is ready, and you can also use it the next day before you leave.
In the welcome booklet: a hotel map, admission tickets, fast passes for FLY, the room key, postcards, and a summary of your stay.
Access to the park is via the entrance corridor. Everything is very well signposted, and you arrive directly in the Rookburgh area. An opportunity to quickly head to FLY to experience it before the crowds arrive in this area.
Discovering the Room at the Charles Lindbergh Hotel
It was after the day at the park that we went to the room. We confess that we had a little trouble understanding the distribution of the doors (Gate). Upon arrival at the hotel, it seemed like a door (gate) was a building, but in fact, not really, that's the case for A and B but not the others... In short, use the map rather than wandering through the corridors. We were trying to be smart...
The hotel's universe is truly superb, on par with Rookburgh, and this is also true for the rooms. The door really looks like the opening of a capsule. Once open, the room is pretty, just like in the photos, and yes, indeed, it's in capsule format, so rather small. 2 single beds are distributed on either side, and the bathroom is at the back. Fellow YouTubers, it's really complicated to spend part of the evening editing there because the desk area is also really small.

The experience is designed so that you don't have the opportunity to spend too much time there, as dinner time and the night visit to Rookburgh arrive very quickly.
Let's go for a tour of the hotel, passing through the bar, its terrace, and Urhwerk.
