The announcement arrived yesterday, November 2, 2022, while the Wildcat wooden roller coaster had been closed since July 31, 2022. Wildcat becomes Wildcat's Revenge with a hybrid version and new thrills.
Hersheypark is located in Pennsylvania, USA, west of Philadelphia. Originally, it was a park intended for the employees of a chocolate factory. It later opened to the public to become a great amusement park for the whole family. To continue its development, the park has just begun the renovation of its wooden roller coaster.
With its mix of steel and wood, new thrills will be offered at Hersheypark. After an ascent of nearly 43 meters, you will head into a first drop inclined at 82° with a top speed of nearly 100 km/h. There will be 4 inversions.
The new attraction is expected to open in the summer of 2023. This amusement park, which features 15 roller coasters, is strengthening its offering with this new addition.
