To celebrate its 60th anniversary, the Vosges park Fraispertuis City is striking hard by expanding its family offering with two major new additions: Fireline Redwood, a Junior Boomerang by Vekoma, and Les Ourseaux, a family drop tower.

We visited the park in the heart of the 2026 season to discover these additions and analyze how this must-visit park continues to optimize its space with an impressive level of finish.

Fireline Redwood: Highly detailed theming down to the smallest detail

The undisputed star of this anniversary season, Fireline Redwood enriches the park's roller coaster selection. Beyond the thrills, it is the entire scenographic work around the attraction that immediately catches the eye.

Outdoor decor and atmosphere

As you approach the area, the tone is set with an imposing statue of a firefighter, axe in hand, the Fire Dept 88 watchtower, and the attraction's logo proudly displayed. The whole setup integrates naturally into the park's wooded environment.

Train design

The cars sport a retro fire truck style with a very successful bright red hue, wood and metal tool details on the front, as well as meticulous finishes on each row.

A fast-paced layout: dug-out trench and wooden station

The layout offers particularly strong visual moments:

  • The trench and the underground passage: The train plunges into a spectacular trench with sculpted rock walls, just before rushing under the pedestrian footbridge.
  • Crossing the station: The station's structure, made of large raw timber framing, brings incredible character to the layout as the train speeds through it.

The attraction thus offers brisk acceleration while remaining perfectly accessible to children.

A 2026 zone designed for space optimization

Fraispertuis City is renowned for its ability to integrate modern attractions within a constrained perimeter. The integration of the 2026 zone is no exception to the rule.

It features a very coherent selection for all audiences:

  • Fireline Redwood: A Junior Boomerang by Vekoma with particularly meticulous theming.
  • Les Ours'hauts: A family drop tower designed by Zierer, ideal for the youngest visitors.
  • Le Nebulaz: The Zamperla attraction opened in 2025, which completes this very lively area.

By gathering these installations in a small area without ever giving a feeling of overcrowding, the park demonstrates a remarkable mastery of its landscaping.

The park's must-dos still at the top

A visit to Fraispertuis City is also an opportunity to find well-known references for thrill-seekers:

  • Golden Driller: The 66-meter Intamin drop tower and its 4 drop positions (sitting, tilted, standing, and floorless standing).
  • Timber Drop: The S&S coaster with a once-record-breaking slope.
  • Grand Canyon: The classic mine train by Soquet.
  • Pirate Attack: The Splash Battle ideal for hot days.

Conclusion of the visit

With these 2026 novelties, Fraispertuis City confirms its status as the family park par excellence. The attention paid to theming details (from the retro trains to the sculpted rocks of the trench), the smooth flow of visitors, and the quality of the investments make this 60th anniversary a total success.
