Furius Baco at Portaventura World, Spain, was the first coaster to feature a wing coaster design. It was built by Intamin and opened in 2007, 4 years before the first B&M Winger Raptor opened at Gardaland. So your question about who invented the wing coaster design is as wrong as you can get. Also I bet you might be missing the fact that Taron and Raik don't share the same manifacturer.
